Seems like the best fish oil I've taken so far. I get no taste nor repeats from a capsule. If you must take fish oil for heart problems, I know of no tests to show that prescription oil is better. They are both molecularly distilled.

I have been reading about omega 3's recently and about internationally recommended guidelines on the daily amounts required for various health complaints/concerns. I am doubtful as to the potency of this particular product as printed on the label because it is not the overall volume of oil that matters but the volume of omega's in it, which in this product's case is very low. You would need to take a lot of these pills daily to receive adequate benefits. It is also the ratio between epa/ dha in the oil that benefits health.

Good quality product, no complaints. I don't seem to "revisit", digestively speaking, Salmon Oil as much as I do the "Fish Oil" products out on the market.
