I had a few set up issues. I contacted the help desk and spoke to a fantastic lady called Emily who answered my questions promptly despite the time difference. When I needed to understand certain set up procedures I then received a video call which allowed them to see my screen whilst talking to me. All sorted and it was nice to speak to someone as well as see someone.Awesome customer service by Emily and colleagues.

Good cameras but does still have a slight blare to the camera quality but overall good improvement from are last cameras

This was good value for it's money but all I could ask for if it was a bit easier to setup as certain parts like the cloud does not work on my phone own but the instructions don't really tell you how to setup all all the settings properly so you get a brilliant quality picture and night vision

Easy install and set up

Had this installed and for a few weeks everything was fine then 2 cameras failed, so was told to purchase some with a 99% discount as they would arrive faster which is fine I guess, few weeks later another camera has failed and a few weeks after that 2 others have stopped working but this time seems the dvr is faulty. I would really recommend buying from another manufacturer as this product is extremely poor, I am forced to buy another system and will be unable to return this as o would have to pull up the carpets and floor boards to get through to the wiring.
