This tumbler is an upgrade from the Waitrose £3 reusable cup that I had been using for the past 18-month. There are fewer components to clean, I only do handwash, and subsequently loose; I lost the O-ring for the Waitrose cup thus the replacement.The tumbler feels stable and comfortable and fits neatly in a backpack as well as my hand. It does get a little warm when a fresh brew is added to the cup, but it isn't uncomfortable. I like how I can make a cup of string attached tea and for the tumbler not to leak liquid; a feature of the £3 cup that always caught me out on.What don't I like? Drinking hot coffee from the tumbler without the cover is a joy. The sippy top, however effective it is at minimising spills, and it is excellent at this, has a soft texture, which undermines the drinking experience. Yes, the tumbler deserves more than 4-stars, but not quite 5.I'd love to see accessories for this tumbler to jazz it up when I get bored of the black silicon handgrip and sippy too.

I love this mug. Super easy to take apart and clean, the large silicone sleeve keeps your hand protected and I feel like keeps drinks warm a bit longer, it’s good looking and was a great price. I’ve been using it for a few months and has held up well, no complaints. The straw it comes with is a bit flimsy and I haven’t actually used it at all, but seems like a nice addition. Overall I’m very happy with it and people ask me somewhat frequently where I got it

Our favourite cafe is offering a discount on coffee if you bring your own cup, to discourage disposable coffee cups. The normal travel cups are too tall, too large, and they are usually stainless steel or plastic. This glass coffee cup is great. It is the same size as the latte or cappuccino at the cafe, 12 oz, the coffee tastes right, the silicone lid is perfect for taking it away or walking, it looks good, and it is half the price of other brands! We bought 2 of them, and we recommend them to anyone who loves coffee and the environment.

Decent price for a nice little glass reusable cup. I'm not sure of the point of the silicone straw coming with it since I don't drink hot drinks with straws but I'm sure it will come in handy at some point.I gave it as a gift to my brother, but I'm tempted to buy another for myself.

A much better alternative to the bamboo type cups as much easier to clean and coffee tastes great from it. Cafe Nero and Costa both accept these cups, a little heavier/more bulky to carry around but worth it and fits snugly into side pocket of rucksack.

Really pleased. Perfect for using out and about, and had a couple of people ask where I got it from. The coffee shop I use gives you 50p off a cuppa if you bring your own cup, so it’ll pay for itself in the long run

It's beautiful strong glass cup. But sleeve of it making it completely useless for the purpose. It doesn't hold the heat at all.

Fast delivery service, love this product. It is an excellent size and fits perfectly in my mug holder. Keeps my coffee very hot and for longer compared to others I have used. Also a bonus that it is eco-friendly. I would highly recommend
