Assembly was reasonably intuitive, easy install. Not sure it'll withstand a heavy snow-load, but I'll keep it cleaned off.

Bad quality of materials. The bag of the screws were cut already, like opened previously by another person and returned. It is not firm, the boards slip out of place every time you try to put a screw. We had to use a rope around to keep them in place. The board easily bends the sides and break. You must to have another person with you for the ensemble and to put on the wall. The instructions are completely useless. I couldn't return it because I opened it just the day I really need to put it.

Great bang for your buck. The plastic is a little flimsy but it looks great. I’m prob gona get one more

I gave u a 5 star for the reason how u handle my order, it was small size and needed bigger size how ever in no time I got my refund ,, but it was very nice too bad we couldn’t installed and had to returned it , thank very much

It was hard to get the cover to fit inside the side pieces securely. The screws that came with the item were cement/concrete. No screws for wood or siding. 3 screws for #7 and 8 but no instructions where they should go. I watched video but it did not show this step. Diagram inconclusive.
