Rocking & Rolling
The bottom of the pan is not flat. I have to prop the handle on several stacked saucers to get the pan to sit flat on the stove burner. As much as I like this pan for its non-stick feature, I would not but it again or recommend it to a friend. Also, the handle was dented upon arrival. Too much of a hassle to return it. I prop it up and use it, but I'm not happy about it.

Avoid
Handle came apart fairly soon, but the pan was still usable. Nonstick surface didn't hold up well, and is flaking off, even though I treated the pan very carefully, never used metal utensils and only handwashed it with a soft cloth. The company seems to have disappeared, vinarozcookware.com sites has been taken down. It did have an even cooking surface, but I didn't intend on having to eat it.

I have used it daily since it came and love it more each day
This is an update on this pan,It is still in very good order and I am so pleased with it. I have had it a long time and the only thing wrong with it is that it doesn't come with a lid!! A very good buy!

Not well made. Not flat on the bottom!
I ordered this pan since I wanted to find a non-stick pan that wasn't Teflon coated, and the Ozeri ceramic "Green" pan that I tried first failed miserably. The first one I got was not flat on the bottom! It rocked on my glass cook top like a sailboat. I returned it - thank you, Amazon, for making the return a sinch! - and it was immediately replaced at no charge to me. The second one was exactly the same. It simply doesn't make contact with the burner all the way around all at one time. I'm returning it as well. I guess I'm back to Teflon.

Impressive coating
I love the way these pans keep their non-stick qualities. I've had one for over a year, with the kids also using it. It held up to their cooking. I now own four of them in different sizes.

This frying is really good. I find that it is much better than another marble coated one that I purchased a short while before. I'm so happy with it that I have bought the 9-1/2- inch frying pan
