Great combo value

Excellent combo! I've ordered these a few times over the last decade. They have lasted me, on average, about 3 years. They are compact, light-weight and do the job. Also, cannot beat the price for the combo. Absolutely love it!

Arrived on time and was easy to setup

The key has to be pressed at the center to make it effective

The key has to be pressed at the center to make it effective. For example when I press Ctrl, it sounds pressed firmly but it doesn’t take effect unless I repress it at the center.

Great Deal, And Not Just "For The Price"!

For what it's worth, I've used it for about a few weeks so far, so some of this might be "ooo, shiny new toy!". Also, I am someone who has primary used a full-sized keyboard or laptops with a numberpad, I'll try to avoid my (full time?) transitioning to something in the 75%-ish range as inherit pros or cons.TL;DR: This thing just works. Go for it.The individual key's surface area is about the same as my 9000-year-old Compact keyboard that I've been using while researching for what's next. I also like that the backspace/return/shift/caps lock/tab keys are about their normal size, too. Sometimes smaller keyboards squish them and I find that to be a more difficult adjustment period. This one will take a little getting used to with the arrow keys being where they are, but I do not foresee that as a problem. Certainly not an issue to anyone used to less-that-100% size keyboards!I have always preferred the lower key travel for typing (like most laptop keyboards) and this certainly checks that box. It's not the quietest keyboard, but I cannot imagine anyone would consider it obtrusive either. Since the entire device is so low, it doesn't seem you'd need much if any of a wrist rest if that's your style.Things to note (not personally deal-breakers):- The caps lock light doesn't light up until you hit a key after hitting caps lock. Similarly, it doesn't turn off until you hit a key after hitting caps lock again. May cause confusion as to whether or not caps lock is engaged, but you get used to it.- The switches are a little squeaky. Nothing egregious to my ears, but may be for some.- If you're an especially fast typer, you may notice some misses. At around the 50-60wpm range, you won't notice during normal typing. Quick, repetitive typing may find some. The mouse isn't anything special. It's not my preferred shape or style (I prefer a thumb-operated trackball, I know, eww), but the keeb-mouse combo was about $2 more that just the keyboard, so why not. My only gripe about it is you can accidentally left- or right-click from all the way back to the logo. You have to be be pretty heavy-handed to do so, but it is possible.Things to note (not deal-breakers):- Rubber in wheel can get caught in the button if depressed while scrolling (it's happens maybe 4 times total in the past few weeks).- No forward/back buttons for browsing.Honestly, I'd have to dig deep for a con right now. The mouse click thing is minor given most won't manhandle the mouse badly enough for it to be a nagging issue. The very short charging cable (2.5') would probably be the biggest thing. However, it's just a micro-USB, so most people likely have a longer one lying around. Even if you had to buy one, it's still a very cost-effective option. So far this thing has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The incredibly low price makes this a fantastic deal. Even if you needed to buy a longer charging cable, this combo is still at least half the price of others for the same functionality. I'll update the review after a few months in durability and battery life, but I'm excited for what this has to offer!Update: I have had to recharge the mouse once in the past 9 months (it will probably be due soon, it was around 5 months last time) and the keyboard was just recharged for the first time yesterday. Both have lightly traveled (maybe 3 times) since I've have them just thrown into a laptop bag or backpack. They work the same as they did the first day, and even the speaking is a little less pronounced. I would still highly recommend, given the above points don't bother you!

Great product for the price

I used this keyboard and mouse for almost a full 4 years before it finally broke on me. The keyboard would probably still be working if I didn't spill coffee on it for the 100th time. Electronics can only take so much abuse I guess. The mouse holds a charge like a champ, I hardly ever have to charge it.I see the price has gone up almost $10 but I still reordered it due to the "instant savings" coupon offer. All in all - this is a great keyboard and mouse for everyday WFH use. Im happy its still available to replace the one I broke.

Small, good build quality, good connectivity.

I just received it and am using it to type this review. Before this, I've been using the wireless logitech full sized keyboard, but decided to buy this because I needed more space on my desk.First Impressions: Good buy! The receiver for the keyboard and mouse plugs and just works. No hassle at all. I don't know if it will be the case for everyone else, but I didn't need to charge/plug it in straight from the box. We'll see how long it lasts. The keys aren't all that silent, but it doesn't bother me since I'm used to that anyway. They're good keys, if you're not used to something hellishly expensive. If you're expecting the keys to be as quiet as, say the ones on the Macbook Pro (2015)—that's not what you'll be getting. Another thing I noticed was that the Windows shortcut (alt+0151) for the em dash just doesn't work. Ctrl+alt+delete DOES work, I should mention while I'm on this topic. I'm not too sure what else does and doesn't work aside from that since I don't really use shortcuts. It's not a deal breaker for me, but I thought I should mention it. There's no lag or out of control keys. It types as fast as I do, stops when I do, and generally works great. The mouse...hmm. Well, I'll say it feels nice and is of good build quality for the price point. It doesn't feel all that plastic-y and too light like some other mice I've tried. I like the way it feels and I like how quiet it is and I like how easily the wheel in the middle scrolls. Though I did right-click things by accident a few times, that was because it was more sensitive than I was used to and I adjusted pretty quickly. That being said, I've put it away in favor of another mouse I already own. The shape is just too flat for my wrist to be comfortable. Since I am on the computer for long periods of time, that matters a lot to me. It is a nicely built mouse—just not for me.I do a lot of creative work, so I opened Photoshop to check the basic shortcuts. The shortcuts for brushes, pen, eraser, type, and all the other tools work fine. Resizing brushes via the bracket keys works! Ctrl+Z works fine. Ctrl+Shift+N works fine. Ctrl+F, which I've chained to flipping the canvas horizontally, also works fine. Ctrl+Shift+S also works great! Haven't checked for more than that, but I suspect it'll also work just fine. Don't know how it works with other programs/apps, but I'm pretty happy since this is all I need and all I checked for. What else? I like the size and look of the keyboard. It's even more compact than I expected, which is good, but also big enough that my fingers are NOT accidentally hitting the wrong keys. I also like the stainless back of the keyboard—makes it feel more solid and heavier than a pure plastic keyboard while also still being very light. I'm picky about how my stuff feels, so this was one of the deciding factors for me in getting this keyboard, along with the good connectivity/working reviews.
