OMG! The perfect float. I am 6' 200lb. I have a pool in Houston. Hot here. What I have been looking for is a float that has mesh so my body stays below the surface with a head rest. The only ones I could find were around $200. The trick to this is to inflate it only about 15%. It keeps my entire body under water and my head AND EARS above with a head rest. It is so comfortable that I keep falling asleep and getting burned.Buy two! Or three. Best float in the known world. Oh, I am Karen's husband, she is not 6' and weighs 200lbs.

I ordered one of these for this pool season. Wasn't expecting much, just had a friend who liked mesh floats. Holy crap. My mom and I got it out and immediately decided, we needed another eggplant. So we came back and ordered another. When multiple people are using the pool, both eggplants come out.The mesh allows you to just peacefully float on top of the water with your head and shoulders propped up. It's great for laying out. However, I like it in particular for getting sun on the BACK of my legs. I can easily lay on my stomach and float in this. You can also sit sideways and use it like a hammock chair. We really love these things. So many ways to lay in it. Back, stomach, curled up on your side -- head on the stem end for a higher float or on the other end for a lower float.It's so easy to get in too. I am in no way graceful, but I can easily get in while in the deep end. Other floats I usually have to pull up to the stairs to hop on. The sides of this eggplant are very flexible and easy to pull under the water (honestly they look a little deflated when it's stored -- it's not deflated, it's just like that) -- however when your weight distributes once you're in it, it's nice and perfectly buoyant but not too high above the water line.It also has a nice texture to the latex (or whatever these are made with). It's not that super shiny finish, it's actually a little bit of a flat matte finish, if that makes sense. It has a nice feel against your skin -- not like a cheap mat you get for 3.99 and stick to.I usually only order Big Mouth brand floats (great brand and quality), but I'm super happy with this. If either of my two popped, I would not hesitate to two-day ship another! And I didn't even intend to use this float, I ordered it for my friend!The only thing I'd say that could be remotely negative is that it doesn't hold firm out of the water. The tubes are not really large so they don't hold enough air to stand firm like they do in the pictures. You're not going to be holding this with one hand on the beach for a cute Instagram. You are, however going to get plenty comfortable floating all day in it. Seriously, if I was ever going to fall asleep in the pool, it would be on this eggplant.

 We got this pineapple float ready for Summer! We don't have a pool at home but our friend does :) We blew it up using a manual pump which is not included, took about 10 minutes. My two year old immediately started jumping on it lol... so much fun and she loves it! It's been three days since we blew it up and it doesn't seem like it got deflated, holding air pretty good.

It was easy to blow up with a pump, and so far (I've only had it a day) no problems, and is large enough for an adult to lay on it. The size is big but not overwhelming in a normal sized pool, but it can be classified as a raft. It is good quality plastic, the pineapple print is really cute, and I like that the top is a separate chamber from the main float. The drink floaties are cute, and fit most cans or bottles. I would still use something with a lid, and I'm not sure how you keep them from floating away, but I suppose some exercise paddling to your drink can't hurt. Overall it is very much worth the price and the three drink floats are a great addition.

This float is so, so, so comfortable. I needed something to float in on our lake that my short arms could paddle and steer when the wind or current moved me too much. This is perfect. I can lay on my belly or my back and easily paddle.The problem: 3 uses in and the area where the mesh meats the float came apart. I fixed it with duct tape for now, but I would be willing to pay a little more for a better made float just like this.

If I could give it zero stars I would The seam has split in two places already. No kids jumping on it, no crazy adults either. Only used to float on a couple of times. I mean, this thing is so new it still has a strong plastic smell to it and it still split. It splits right between the sections where the material is thinner. Save yourself some frustration and look elsewhere.

comfortable and easy to lay on back or on belly. Love the mesh that lets your body stay cool in the water. Unfortunately for me someone stole it while I was at the beach. But will purchase another.

The quality was top notch. It was exactly as pictured. I bought if for my gf to take to a float pool party and it was definitely the talk of the party. She loved it and says it was comfy to lay in.
