Due to me being placed on furlough I needed to make sure I kept my exercise regime up seeing as the gyms were all closed. I'd seen this item advertised on Facebook and thought I'd give it a go. The delivery time was very quick and I found quite a few exercise classes using the item above on YouTube. I was actually very impressed with the results I got from using it. There are so many different things you can do with it. I would definitely recommend ordering this item if you haven't already done so. Just give it a go.

Not sure how robust this will be but for a weekly class and occaisional use at home its a good buy

The product was damaged on the foam when it arrived even though it was bubble wrapped, it doesn’t affect the use, so I did not return.The ring is great for Pilates exercising, you can stretch better with it.

Wife loves it

Good high resistance just what I was looking for. Would be great if the strength was written in description so people know what they are getting as you can not test this things like you could in a shop.My only issue is that it clicks while I press which I am not sure if this should happen or not?

This is a very flexible product which can be easily used at home to do a number of resistance exercises. It’s easy to store and use. Mine arrived with a few dents due to poor packaging but the seller was very helpful in dealing with the problem.

Not flexible and it feels like it will break. I could not use this properly because it throw itself away when I do the exercises with it. So I stop using it

Bit disappointed it’s a bit springy same as my old one and slightly smaller. It’s all about the tension so it’s collecting dust in the cupboard and I will carry on using my old one which previously had more tension but is still better than this one.... disappointed.com
