Okay, I'm a huge fan of better oats. The calorie, count, the flavor, the texture.. The ultimate comfort breakfast fuel. Pair it with a good protein and you're set! I have prepared it with some protein powder before, which did take some tweaking and wasn't really my favorite. It's pretty darn good as-is and with the shake in the side (or whatever tickles your fancy). It's so much healthier and with a lower sigar content than the competitors. Try it! At that price, you don't really have anything to lose.

I quite like oatmeal and this one tasty really good. The oats a much more thicker so it needs to be put under hot temperatures a little longer than regular oats. The taste was perfect. Not overdone with sugar. Good quality and just the right size.

Both my husband and I love this brand of oatmeal. It is filling and only 100 calories. we add seeds to ours. It seems like it is getting harder to find in stores. But thank goodness for Amazon!! got the 6 pack so we do not run out. I do miss the peach flavor the used to have. But the maple is great as well. very healthy and your liver will love you for it. highly recommend!!

I make protein oats in the morning on the stove with egg whites. Its not for everyone I get it but these oats with 2/3 cup of egg whites before the gym is my favorite. They are the perfect balance of flavor and texture. Plus quick enough to make while I get ready to run out the door at 5am. I also paid twice as much when I grab them at the local grocery store than purchasing in bulk on Amazon.

Really good. I love that these are good for you, have the extra benefit of the flax, and are only 100 calories a serving. Purchasing through Amazon was cheaper than the grocery.
