It's a deep pan; I can't get excited
OK, it is just a deep, non-stick pan. It is hard to get really excited about things like this. The really nice thing is that the flush rivets that hold on the handle make it easier to clean than, say, your Gotham Steel non-stick pans because food is a pain to clean from around the rivets. Also the color (Sable Brown) is quite good looking although it doesn't match anything you probably own. The outside of the pan had scuff marks in two places that were cause by the packaging/shipping that are permanent damage but they are cosmetic problems. Some would return the product for this type of damage; I considered it and thought, "Oh what the hell". The pan is deep enough to work as a stir fry pan and the heat distribution is pretty good. It still splatters oil, unlike a true wok. I looked at a lot of wok-like products before selecting this one based upon expected price/performance and was not disappointed overall.

Great pan!!!
My first 3 photos are right when I got the pan( I bought a ‘used acceptable’ one). The last 2 are after using and washing and it looks and works great! It fits on my gas stove perfectly. I love it and matches my same brand/color set I got from Macys a few years ago!

Great non-stick / light weight with good handle / outer bottom base diameter is small
I was pleasantly surprised. After two months, the only issue is that the [external] base is small and misses the stand on my gas hob. I'd buy it again if I needed a new pan.

So much more than expected!
Purchased to replace a Pampered Chef wok purchased in 2001. Had a lifetime warranty and replaced four times. They no longer make the wok I purchased and the new one was in the hundreds. Figured what have I got to lose for $40. This one is sooo much better than the pampered chef wok. The heavy bottom heats so much better and it is so easy to clean. And the pampered chef glass lid fits it perfectly.

love the brand but not this pan: too small bottom
My family loves Anolan because it is the few brand that can tolerate the high heat that my family use often. For other brands, the non-stick layer would fade quickly under that high temperature. So I didn't though much to buy this pan. I particularly like this one because it has multiple layer bottom, which not only distribute the heat better but also doesn't buckle at the bottom. Anolan's single layer bottom does buckle (despite its non-stick layer survives). However, I gave this product only 3 star because the bottom is TOO SMALL. As the rule shows, the bottom (5.5") is LESS THAN HALF of the top opening (12")!!! The pictures on the product webpage are obviously misleading as I compare with the actual product. I guess it is from another pan type. However, even the product package prints a pan with far larger bottom, which doesn't match with the actual product. Did I receive the wrong one. Or both the website picture and package are wrong? You decide. For me, I don't see there are other Anolan with large multiple layer bottom, so I plan to keep it. But I am not happy at all this time. With such small bottom, limited heat could be conducted. It is a big waste of my 10" heat element of my cooktop. Even my smallest heat element is 7".

This is my favorite
This is my 3rd one of this same model, only because my wife blasted max heat and cooked the last 2.Until she did that, this was the greatest pan ever. It doesn't hold up to the really expensive stuff, but for the price point, this is a GOOD value. |Just don't scorch it, let your food evaporate, and smoke the pan. Treat it respectfully and it will perform great.I love the aluminum base, the heat distribution is the most even of any pan under $200 I've ever owned, and it works with inductive attachments too.I've got the 12 and the 10. Both are equally awesome. 5 stars with no hesitation.

Great Pan So Far
We spent considerable time researching options for a 12 inch non-stick skillet and this one has not disappointed. It seems like every non-stick pan is amazing for a number of months and then slowly losing its non-stick qualities. This pain is a good weight with high sides. While my 12 inch cover is not an exact fit, it is workable. Happy camper for now. We will see if that holds for six months!

Thin walled, small base, unstable on stove
My bargain priced Anolon wok arrived with a large dent on the side. I am not surprised. Compared to my other Anolon pans, the construction appears to be thin and cheap. The base has a copper lining. But it is much smaller than the inside base. Combined with the heavy handle, the wok has a tendency to tip forward on a burner.
