Hard to compare this to a hot sauce. Of the spicy challenges out there this one is pretty easy. The death nut challenge hurt way more than this one.

Q: How many scoville is this chocolate bar?

Not sure of of the level of Scoville but its definitely not that hot.. unfortunately it was a dud. Purchased 2 and would have to say its about the heat of a habenero!

Q: Is this a dark chocolate or milk chocolate ?

The ingredients say that it contains milk, so I would say Milk Chocolate. However, as far as the flavor goes, with the Reaper Pepper's overpowering presence, you can barely even taste the chocolate. Just a whole lotta heat! :)
