I am changing my review. I thought it caused vertigo and nausea but that was from melatonin. However It did not lesson my nighttime trips to the bathroom.

It's way more nutritious then modern day medicines. I am 44yrs old and after a week of taking it my blood pressure has lowered, my memory is coming back and I am a lot more relaxed and leveled headed than ever before! Wonder pills!!
