I usually use rubber resistance bands but these are primarily canvas, with a lot of stretch. They ar ugh more comfortable to use than the rubber ones because they material doesn’t grab or pull your skin. And it is wide so it is supportive as well. 3 different resistances so you can change according to what your needs are- if you aren’t quite strong enough for the big one or you are doing lots of reps and need a smaller one so you don’t fatigue- very good set.

Good quality came in nice packaging. I have been using normal resistant band for more than a year, it couldn’t stay in the place especially when I have leg day or when I get sweat. I have seen this a lot on instgram ( I didn’t buy from them because instgramers are selling one piece for like 30+ and I don’t think it has buyer protection policy) I have started using “L” ( M is a little too tight and challenging for me)

Very nice resistance bands, adds at least 100 lbs pressure for squats. Comes with core sliders as well. Great value overall.

I have been using these 4-5 times a week for three weeks now and they are great! They have not stretched out where they don’t fit. Three different size bands to use on different workouts! Would recommend.

I have seen lots of people on YouTube using this kind of resistance bands, finally I gave it a try. This set's price is reasonable, I have been using these bands in my gym and at home, it's great for glute activation. Comparing to my other rubber band (see the photo I attached) This one is more stiff and give more resistance, also it's wider so it doesn't dig in your skin and hurt when it's stretch. Inside the band, there's some silicon strips so the band won't slide and stay in place. So far I enjoy using it.

These bands are good quality and fabric. Much better than the rubber kind. This stays in place and does not roll down or bunch up. Makes it easier to use. It comes in three sizes and a nice little carry bag to put it all in.
