Not made well
I thought that this was a great buy at first, but after using a few times the large end roller fell out. I kept it because I thought it would be fine to just put back in place but every time I’ve tried to use it since, the roller has popped out and the exposed prong has stabbed me in the face. Basically it’s unusable now but my window for return has ended.

I don't even know if I am using this right, but I love it, Lord help me I love it. It always feels cool, rolls easily and just plain feels good. I use it between skin care product layers, and really love rolling my collagen cream onto my neck with this. I use the smaller end on my eyes when they feel tired or to work moisturizer of wrinkle cream into them. I had been looking at this for a while, and finally pulled the trigger and bought it. I am so happy I did. I may get one for my mom as well.

Fell apart in less than a week....
I was so excited to receive this, as soon as I received it I put it in the fridge and LOVED it the first few times I used it, but then before owning it a week it fell apart... the large end first then the small end.... I am going to purchase another one but from a different company this time I believe....
