I have bought cloth before and this one is weighted and the others weren't weighted, I wear sports bras and my other prosthetics tended to shift up real bad and I received this one yesterday and put this on immediately and after wearing it 1 day I fell in love with it. It is very comfortable and doesn't ride up very much, by the way I only have a single mastectomy and the bras are off the rack and very inexpensive.I used to wear the silicone replacement but I didn't want the silicone against my skin because I have become very health conscious recently. I had the cancer when I was 16 and have been cancer free for around 40 years. I will update if I change my opinion but right now I love, love, love it!

Love this product! Shape and weight are perfect and they are extremely comfortable to wear, natural looking and affordable. I had tried several other products before finding tri-featherweight forms and was not satisfied with any. Since finding this product I have stopped looking for anything else.
