First time we used the scissors, we couldn't cut through the back bone pf a 22 pound turkey. We had to use a dovetail saw. But it worked great on a 12 pounder and cleaning up was a breese.

They are a bit awkward in the hand. My hands are small so this mak s it even worse.There strong and sturdy but I won’t purchase again for the awkwardness of how they feel.

While these seem to work okay on meat, don’t bother trying to use them on other foods. There is too much of a gap in between the two blades to work sufficiently.

Worked great for two months and then suddenly became very difficult to close. Now, when I force it closed it won't pop back open so I have to pry it open, then force it closed again.I've kept the scissors extremely clean after each use but there is low some black slime around where the two ends are connected, which makes me think there is some open space around where the screw threads and bacteria is growing there.While this worked great at first, I'm disappointed it only last two months.

This thing is built like a tank compared to my kitchenaid scissor. The build quality is great and looks that it will last forever. I tried it to cut Costco roasted chicken. It did the work easily!One thing keep in mind is, this is for heavy duty work, cut bones, thick meat etc. you will still need light weight scissor for other lite kitchen work.

Once you figure out how to use them, these are a breeze to use. Very satisfied..

I bought these for one reason...to separate the joint sections on chicken wings. I liked the fact that they were spring loaded and thought I could go faster. These are the worst pair of scissors I have ever owned. They simply do not cut. If you reach in to separate the section, they do not cut the skin. I am currently using a cheap $4.00 pair of stainless scissors that does it all in one motion. These scissors are garbage for what I am using them for. Maybe they cut celery or something simple. Thank you Amazon for taking them back.

This is a sharp scissors, no doubt! The quality is very good. He let me eat roast chicken without tearing it by hand, and it's easy to clean. I like it very much!
