So reading the reviews I was a bit worry what the packaging would be like but I was happily surprised 1. it came in a big bubble thing hard to explain but it was strong and even a little difficult to open 2. the hat has a plastic mold on it to protect the shape in transit with is awsome, dont worry mold is removable :)so i take it out of the brillent packaging and my hat is NOT bent and looks just like the pictures :) it fits my head well and tbh i was worried becuase my head is not small.All in all now about to order two more.

My stunning felt hat arrived in the time given was extremely well packed was really impressed with the packaging! The colour is beautiful and it can be made to fit the size of your head very easy to do. Good price for a good product. Wear it now it is so cold for winter perfect and stylish. So so pleased and would highly recommend this hat!

Arrived in just a plastic envelope and is bent out of shape. Description stated this was 'woolen'. IT is actually made of 65% cotton and 35% polyester. The ribbon to adjust the head size was pulled out of its very small channel and so is useless. Looks and feels cheap, although maybe not surprising given the price. I will probably take it down to the allotment to use when it rains as it is not suitable for wearing elsewhere.

Lovely hat of very good value!!!Well packaged both by inner and outer measures! Handy little draw string to adjust size !!! Added some fancy feathers to enhance the overall look!!!Very, very happy with my purchase! : )

Arrived in perfect condition looks amazing, this is my daughter’s so will try and get a picture, Oh my Grandson also liked the hat.
