A year passed and still working fine.
The daybi unboxed this product, i thought it would hardly last a couple of weeks or months. But we kept using it and it's been over a year and this thing still works as new. Only the charging cable could have been long atleast 1 meter like long.

I am not assured that this product is original and genuine or fake because there is no single logo or name or details on product. How can I verify it. Details available only on product cover or packets not on product. I suggest to Amazon please solve this issue positively. I am eagerly awaiting your positive response.

Excellent after sales response.
The heating pad does not hv a separate cover its a pvc pouch which may or may not be multicolored. Works well n heats up quickly .The after sales service and response to my complaint was very PROMPT N EFFICIENT. Will definitely buy from tbis company again.

I liked the product because it is easy to reheat, safe from spillage unlike the usual hot water bags/bottles, comes in different colors, and is compact in terms of size - you can carry it during your travels just ensure it is not getting crushed under heavy luggage.An important thing to remember would be to NOT place the bag directly on the skin soon after reheating as it does get very hot when allowed to reheat until it turns of automatically - thereby retaining the bag's heat for a longer time.You can either wait a few minutes before you place the bag against your skin, or you can switch it off a little early, instead of waiting for it to fully reheat and turn off on its own.

Its really a good product, heats up within minutes, provides great pain relief due the warmth. It's a steal.Only thing is you won't receive the pattern that you might have ordered, or else real great product for the price
