Deluxe Balance Pad

I actually purchased this item to be used in a fitness center that caters mainly to seniors. It gets more use than half of the gym equipment, and is adaptable for many exercises such as rehabilitation of ankle sprains, increasing balance, improving golf swings, and many other adaptions. The uses are limited only by the imagination. As a retired PT I strongly feel it should be in every physical therapy clinic, but is just as helpful for home use.
