Perfect Band for All Ages
I received these resistance bands and everyone in my family has had their chance to test it. I must admit it is a good exerciser and strengthener. Pros:1) Comes with 5 different resistance levels, so each family member can find their suitable band.2) Comes in different colors to easily differentiate the level of performance.3) Bands are very strong and durable. I have tried different bands in the past from different manufacture and they all has torn after several pulls.4) Comes in its own bag, so it is convenient to take along with me wherever I go.I truly love them and would definitely advise people to purchase a pack of JAF Bands.

Amazing Product! Easy to use, easy to understand.
I have used these bands for a few days and love them! This was exactly what I was looking for and the price is seriously great. I like the fact that I can use them in any room, including while sitting at my desk. There are 5 colored bands, which allows a variety of resistance. I recommend these bands for both stretching and strengthening. I was about to buy one band for the price of five elsewhere but then found this on Amazon. The lighter ones are being used for PT and the higher-resistance ones are being used for strength training. I've only just started using them so I can't speak for the durability yet, but even if it just lasts me a couple months, it's already a deal to me!

I just received this set of exercise bands and they are just as expected. The set of bands are great quality and fun to exercise with. I love them and would buy more of it.Hope to use it on a daily basis, and loose some of my happy pounds....
