All Healthy Choice meals, so fafr, as just as advertised and a real bonus for me, since I cannot cook anymore because of my disabilities. There's just enough so you know you've eaten a meal, but no leftovers. I continue to use them for convenience, but the price is going up, like everything else is.

The low calories, the flavor, easy, and healthy!!I recommend.

Highly recommend. Spicy, but I thought the balance was good. My bowl had several large pieces of chicken. In my experience that's not real common but maybe I just got lucky.

This bowl has so many flavors to it! Its my favorite bowl so far. I LOVE THE SPICY BLACK BEAN SPREAD

This is flavorful and yummy, but has very low WW points. I've purchased again and again.

This taste like somebody got a bunch of leftover stale veggies out of the fridge and blended them together. Save your money on this stuff.
