I'm actually properly impressed. I've used Tide machine cleaner for about a year. If I'm being honest, Tide washing machine cleaner is fairly expensive for 3 packs of cleaner used once a month. The Tide cleaner didn't even really clean anything, it just made my washer smell clean, if that makes sense. I refused to spend that money on something that didn't work and tried a lot of DIY methods of washer cleaning, all an epic waste of time and resources. I stumbled on this product and figured it's cheap enough that if it doesn't work, no harm no fail. I really didn't expect it to clean anything at all. I ordered a 5 pack. It shipped crazy fast for overseas! I was really expecting no results once I opened the package and saw these things were tiny. I set my 3yo washer to super deep fill, extra heavy colors load with a 1hr soak time and hit start. I dropped two, though the instructions said only one, because I have a huge capacity washer though it doesn't look it. I checked inside several times and was very impressed! In the one pic there's a kind of faint dark outline where the water meets the metal basket--- IT'S ACTUALLY DIRT, FUNK and god knows what else being CLEANED and LIFTED! These tiny things did a great job! Don't get me wrong, my machine isn't brand new clean, but that's due to water levels not being as high without clothing while running the cleaning tabs. The cleaning tabs totally did their job! Being honest, I'll never waste my money on Tide cleaner again! Don't get me wrong, I love Tide detergents, but not the machine cleaner.Worth every penny! I will be buying in bulk again very soon! I took a chance and it paid off.

I am guessing the tablet just goes into the washing machine but don't know what temperature or type of cycle I should use as there were no instructions, warnings, list of ingredients, etc. I think there should have been something printed on the plastic bag or a slip of paper with info

I have high expectation for this product but it didn't do its job as described on the product details. My washing machine still smells bad and I have tried to use this twice already just to make sure. Don't waste your time and money on this.

Nothing like the claim. Crud is still packed in my high efficiency, front load washer gasket and drum holes.
