Blue Green Agave Organic Nectar, Light Blue, 16 Ounce (4 Pack)

I'd originally purchased this as it was an ingredient in a fresh margarita recipe. Since then, I've used it in a variety of things, it adds a wonderful flavor along with the sweetness, similar to honey but "softer." This has become a must-have pantry item in my home, right next to my local honey. It is quite a bit thinner than honey, but has the same level of sweetness.

i like agave for sweetness --low glycemic index. this brand and trader joes do NOT leave a funny taste in coffee. Also good in rice pudding recipes. my doctor really convinced me that artificial sweeteners aren't good for you AND make you gain weight, and this seems like a good substitute

Love this stuff. Use it for mixing cocktails (margaritas). Agave is hard to find at this great price!

Very sweet! The light has a honey like flavor. A little goes a long way! I use it on pancakes and oatmeal. Better for you, I think.

Just like any agave but overpriced. It is cheaper at my local Kroger store.
