Well Made and Easy to Use
I've tried nearly every device on the market, and this one stands far above the rest. Unlike the flimsy plastic versions that constantly break and struggle to puncture the CO2 cartridge, this model is built entirely from durable metal and pierces the cartridge effortlessly. For simple clogs, there's no question—this is the product to choose. Don’t be misled by cheaper plastic alternatives—they just don’t work.

Get this extra parent help your leverage
Perfect for my needs. Took two canisters to clear the clog in the ac condensate line. My piping arrangement is such that it’s hard to make a seal on the rubber stopper and so I took a piece of lawn sprinkler fittings to help me get some leverage and keep the seal while it did it its work. You can find something similar at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Definitely recommend but you’ll need something like this to help make the seal.

Four cartridges down and the condensate drain is still backing up.
I must add a warning review to those that have been left before -- which I wish I had heeded. I used up four CO2 cartridges and my condensate drain was still backing up and causing the A/C system to shut off before achieving the desired temperature. Screwing in the fifth one, something went wrong with the plastic threading on the tool itself. :( I went with a more expensive but surer solution here on Amazon -- a $90 monstrosity that looks like a fat bicycle pump with two hoses. Pulling up on the pump level creates a strong suction, depressing the lever expels the water (and goop) out the second hose. That will be my go-to solution moving forward. I have contacted customer service at Red Rock and will update this if they will accept a return of the tool or at least provide a partial refund (clearly it HAS worked for other people, but not for a notable minority) and will update my rating/review if this works out. Quality customer service can make up for a disappointing product.

This thing worked when nothing else did!
This thing worked when nothing else did! It's especially useful if you have pipes that are at too great an angle to allow for a good brush out - or snake out...or the clog is too far down the pipe. What worked for me: Make sure to get a solid seal and give at least 1 good blast from the bottom - and fully cover the top of the pip to catch anything that blows out. It should work in one blast (but you can try two). Once the clog is blown out, then disinfect the pipe with vinegar solution - and vacuum out from below and above. You'll be good to go!

It did the job!
It worked well, even though the rubber cone-shaped nozzle was a tiny bit small for our drainpipe fitting, The instructions were very brief (with no diagrams) but with careful study we figured out what to do. We only needed one cylinder to clear the line, using repeated "squirts" of compressed air. A lot of white gunk came out, after which we poured about a half-gallon of water through the line for good measure.

We were hot for so long and I tried this. 5 minutes later, both units are cooling properly! Awesome product.

Not worth the money
It is difficult to penetrate the metal seal and when it is penetrated sometimes the o'ring seal does not fully seal.
