Was unsure whether this product would be worth it as the reviews were definitely all different and for the price I was a bit sceptical.I have POTS and so need to keep hydrated to avoid fainting so thought one of these at the start of the day would help great.Ordered the watermelon flavour and honesty, it’s not nice. It’s not the worst but i have to down it all at once for it to be tolerable. But it has helped so much! I don’t feel faint at all which I did feel on just water alone. I take one every morning and continue with plenty of water throughout the day, really works!EDIT: I purchased a sample pack on the official SOS website which has two of every flavour as wanted to see what the most tolerable flavour was. For me it was the berry so if you’re unsure of what flavour and don’t want to pay for the sample, I’d pick that one.I’ve come to the conclusion that these will never taste great or like a ‘regular’ drink. But if you drink all at once it’s not bad and it actually helps me so I’m not fussed!I also do think it’s worth the price, I take one a day, so you’re getting 20 days out of one box which is not a bad price when it really helps stop you fainting.

i bought these sachets for post training rehydration but i can’t help but have them just during the day too! they are so tasty, doesn’t taste anything like a rehydration mix when in enough water. love!!!

My son is extremely fussy when it comes to food/drinks. However he does love eating watermelon, so these were perfect to get the required electrolytes when he suffered from a stomach bug.

Use a lot if drinking to prevent/ ease the after effects

Every sachet is damp, powder crumbled, hard to use, hard to empty the sachet

This is even better than the Mango.Anyone clever enough to look past the sugar-filled sport drinks of the world will appreciate the quality of electrolyte formula. Taste will not disappoint.

Got the first pack of 20 “powders” all were ruined by moisture. They were solid bricks of disgusting nastiness. Even if I cold have gotten them to dissolve it probably wouldn’t have been safe to drink. Then I made the mistake of asking for a replacement instead of a refund. The second package arrived and was just as nasty as the first box. It’s great that the company made the packages out of compostable materials, if only the package was waterproof. I guess I’m now out $18 since the second package is not refundable. Makes me wonder how many of the reviews that say the product taste bad are because the drink mix was contaminated with moisture and/or mold or bacteria.

I don’t understand what the love is for artificial sweeteners. I would prefer to have an unsweet product than one which tastes fake. They should cut out the steviol. If they did that it would be perfect.

This powder tastes like pure salt with a slight hint of watermelon. Would not buy again.

These work wonders. I've always been r ally bad at drinking water and could literally go all day without drinking any, I recently cut all soda out of my diet and started using these to help with my water intake. I drink three packets a day. First thing in the morning, one in the afternoon and the other in the evening and then I drink just plain water in-between. I seriously feel so much better since and these made cutting out soda super easy. I disliked the taste of these and it actually took me a second time and just pushing through the dislike of it. I've been drinking them for three weeks now and like how they taste now. The watermelon one is my favorite. I have lost 5 pounds the last three weeks and just overall feel healthier since bringing these into my diet. Will definitely continue to purchase on a regular basis.
