Bow tie and tie are the same shiny-ish blue as the vest's front.I bought two for my two boys and they loved it.Other than being shinier than expected, I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend the product.

Ordered this for my son for my wedding and pieces were missing. I was very disappointed. The main reason i bought it was for the vest and bow tie and the vest was missing. We had to go out and get him a blue one. He didn’t match the groom and it was a complete nightmare and a total waste of money i could’ve just ordered a bow tie if that was the case. The color was very bright more of a maroon than wine

This vest is adorable on my 7 year old! It looks like raw silk on the front and lining material on the back. It can be adjusted on the back. It has pockets (you need to cut thread to open them up). We are using it for a Halloween costume (White Rabbit). A pocket watch fits great in the pockets!

I was very impressed with this outfit. The fit was perfect, the quality was excellent and the price was also perfect. Kids grow out of their clothes so quickly and they certainly don't wear clothes like this very often so you hate to spend a lot for dress up. But this outfit was such good quality I think I will have to make sure it's passed on.

Nice quality packaged nicely and received earlier then expected. It is slightly small for the size. Ordered size 12 based on others reviews (my kids wear 10/12) but usually closer to size 10 size 12 fits tighter then I would have expected but works for wht we need.

I purchased the royal blue size 4/5 for my son who is 5.5 yrs, and 50th percentile in height and weight. We also tried the 6/7. The 6/7 was way too big and too long. The 4/5 fit fine. The vest is on the longer side. The material is slightly rough and a little shiny. The creases ironed out in seconds and then the vest looked sharp. This was for a stage costume and worked well for what we needed it for. I personally think the material would be fine for a wedding, the shine does make it look formal. It is lightweight in spite of being lined so if you are looking for a vest with some weight to it this is not it. We used the bowtie that came with it and it looked sharp.

The quality isn't great. The fabric is a little thin and rough textured but it was for a costume and the color red was a true red. If it's for a one time use, maybe twice, it's fine.

This is a tiny bit more yellow-based green than it looks on the computer so that it doesn't QUITE match the bridesmaid's dresses, but it is adorable on my grandson. It fits just as expected, and I think he'll look great at his uncle's wedding! It is DRY CLEAN ONLY and needs pressing before wearing. Thus the 4 stars, not 5.
