This is a small dessert loaf size - but the texture and flavor are awesome! Gluten-free eaters FINALLY have a GOOD dessert cake to eat! Pairs really well with chocolate pudding cup or ice cream. Almost impossible to find in grocery store. If you order 6 quantity the price is about what you pay for any gluten free goodie, and the shipping is free... less than that and shipping makes it too expensive. I knew I wouldn't have a problem eating 6 (over time) - these must be stored in freezer. Real people servings would be 4-8 slices (they say 10, nope). Keep leftovers in fridge

I have been eating gluten free for over 30 years. This Marble Loaf has great flavor and texture. It has a very solid chocolate flavor, but it is not too sweet. This is my first time trying the loaf and it is an instant top ten favorite for me.

Katz is the only brand so far that my son likes regularly. Having just found out at middle school age he has a sensitivity to gluten and spoiled with good wheat products, it is hard to make that switch. But he loves the Katz Marble bread.

Kiddo has a lot of allergies so this is one bread my kid can enjoy and loves. We freeze our breads and thaw as we use and this one held up great.

I ordered this product based on the previous reviews. I believe that I received several bad, over cooked loaves. I am not new to a Gluten-free diet, I've been gluten-free for 16 years and still counting, I am aware when a baked item is over cooked because it is dry and crumbles easily. I contacted the customer service department of the company and received rude replies. I asked to send all the loaves back for replacement, I was told that was not an option. So apparently, the company does not make things right, they blame the customer and says that if the loaves are not stored in the freezer before eating then the loaves become dry. Well, the loaves that were stored until ready to eat were still dry which says to me that the loaves were overcooked. What does one do with six loaves of over cooked gluten-free bread. Gosh! This product is nothing like their donuts which I order several boxes a year, at least 12 boxes, but I would never recommend this product to anyone. Too much hype over the lemon loaves, they are not that great.

I have a gluten allergy and I couldn’t eat this because I couldn’t find it anywhere in stores. When I was searching through Amazon, I was so surprised to see this in gluten free. I immediately bought it and I enjoyed it, it didn’t taste any different and it basically tasted the same as a normal dessert.

There is a scene from Roger Hargreave's Mr. Greedy, where he cuts a slice of cake, and eats the portion the slice was cut from....That is this cake.

The cake was delicious, moist, and well worth the cost. It was very chocolaty kosher
