showed low oxygen when hotel mattress was moldy
great way to monitor sleep. showed low oxygen at high altitude, and when exposed to mold in hotel mattresses.

Accurate with some tweaking
It took me awhile to figure out what finger to use and the best spot to attach it to. In result, the most accurate reading I get is when I attach it to the tip of my middle finger or thumb. Overall, it is more comfortable fit for me for the overnight wear when I use my middle finger with device taped for extra security so it doesn't come off when I move in my sleep.I find this device more ACCURATE than some other brands that I have tried, battery life is plenty, it FITS GREAT for overnight wear with some taping, the ALARM function is simply AWESOME and the main reason I bought it in the first place (I had afib event w. a trip to the hosp recently due to hypoxemia... now I am reminded to breath at night now and then).Personally, I am going with the extended 3y warranty as some people complained about device quality, which probably makes sense if it is used daily.

Avoid this one unless you have perfect sleep!
In a nutshell, this device didn't work for me, and I was told I needed to sleep more like a medically-standard person....I have 4 other similar devices, which I use at night to monitor my SpO2 levels due to obstructive sleep apnea. The other ones are older, or have started falling apart, so I bought this to replace them. So I am _quite familiar with how these products are supposed to work! And this is the first one that made me feel unsafe. The first issue is that it can be wildly inaccurate! At night I was getting alerts that my SpO2 level had dropped into the low 80s, waking me up. I was so concerned I wore one of my older devices, and the next time it happened, wouldn't you know it but the older device showed a more normal level in the mid-to-upper 90s. I decided to wear both during the daytime, and the next day while talking with my wife after lunch, _this device again went off claiming my level was in the low 80 percentile, but the older device again showed a normal level. I immediately tested with a finger-tip device, and it too reported I had a normal level. I wasn't filled with confidence. But the most concerning thing is that this device--unlike any of the previous I've owned--SHUTS ITSELF OFF after 10 hours! That's right, if you wear it for more than 10 hours, it just... turns itself off. According to their customer support, this is by design and cannot be changed. I discovered this because I couldn't figure out why it was always OFF when I woke in the morning. I then had a lengthy email conversation with Lookee support. Here's the problem: I like to put on the device at bedtime, then I typically read for maybe 90 minutes before falling asleep. I'm retired, and I often have insomnia, so my sleep patterns are not regular. I sometimes get out of bed multiple times a night. Sleep is often ellusive. So it is quite easy for me to climb into bed around 9pm, and crawl out of bed sometime after 7am. My math skills are still pretty solid, and I know this can potentially add-up to more than 10 hours. Luckily, my sleep apnea never "kicked in" during that period after my allotted 10 hours were up, because I could have simply stopped breathing... but this handy device that _should have woken me had already turned itself off.To be clear, NONE of the other 4 devices shuts itself off after 10 hours... and yet, every one does indeed have a "10 hour data limit per session." The other 4 devices, each by different brands, either purge data older than 10 hours or (in one case) restarts itself, clearing the slate. This is the only device that simply shuts off! Here is a direct quote from Lookee customer service. (Honestly, I feel like the product engineers designed a device based on a written specification, but unfortunately had zero idea _why they were creating this product, or who it was for.)> "Yes the device is designed to turn off at 10 hours recording. Technically nobody sleeps more than this hours. Also this is designed in way that follows the medical standard for 10 hours recording. It is also designed to store 4 recordings x 10 hours each. Unfortunately we can't change this design of the device."There you have it: This device was designed from the start to be worn only by people with perfect sleep. If that's _you, then this device might work (assuming you are okay with wildly off-kilter readings compared to similar devices). If, however, you ever sleep longer than the medically-standard duration, then you should reconsider. No sense suffering in your sleep because this thing has shut itself off and can't alert you that you've stopped breathing! Buy a different solution. I did.

Best thing I ever bought.
This is a must if you use oxygen at night. It will vibrate and wake you up when your oxygen level drops below 90. I had Covid 19, and it affected my lungs. My oxygen level would drop below 90, and this was a life saver.

it works
This works very well for monitoring sleep apnea. And it buzzes when your oxygen level drops too low. I use it every night with my cpap mask. It also checks for A-fib.

Great concept but……
I ordered this to track and alert me when o2 sats dropped below level. Work the first two nights then it turned off due to placement of button and fingers when sleeping the next two. Does no good if it keeps turning off. Plus readings were not same as on other two comparison oximeter. Read much lower (5 or more percent)

Works for me.
I've been using it almost every night since shortly after I was put on the Cpap. I wanted to know if it was helping me. My first appointment they said I was doing great. Low and behold, the Lookee O2 monitor proved different. I learned ir I slept on my back, my O2 would go below 80. If I sleep inclined, it stays above 90. This helped me learn what my best sleeping position is. I have compared it numerous times with my O2 finger sensor. It may be off 1 or 2%. Just make sure the monitor power button is rotated away from your finger so it doesn't get turned off when you're sleeping. I have woken up from low O2 and put the finger monitor on just to verify and it too says it was low. If you're missing a download to your phone, turn it off and back on and it will finish downloading your missing hours. I am satisfied with the unit.
