I had to wait to review these Mytee Tie Down Straps until we actually used them. They looked good in the packaging, but looks aren't everything. The stars finally aligned and we put the tie down into service. The Jeep was finally in place on its trailer and tied down by professionals using these straps. These guys were meticulous in placement of the Jeep on the trailer all the way through stabilizing the load in exactly the right spot for ease of towing and making sure none of its parts (it's wrecked) would flap or come off in transit. They liked the ease of use and sturdiness of the materials used in making these tie downs. I'm pretty sure that the trailer could have itself a wreck (heaven forbid!) and the Jeep would stay exactly where it is positioned, firmly lashed to the trailer. Nothing moved in any direction on the trip home so I've got to say it's a very sturdy product. I'm confident the Mytee straps will stand the test of time.

Great replacement for traditional straps
These make trailering a car super easy. No need to try and hunt down sturdy parts of the car to strap. These go right over the tires and right to the rail of the trailer. My only concern is that it applies a lot of lateral pressure to the top of the wheel. It's possible it could knock out the camber on your front wheels if you go too crazy and strap the car too hard or from hitting a huge bump. Doesn't seem terribly likely, but you never know.
