Fancy Coffee
This is really nice to have for morning coffee. The whole design of it is pretty well made and very unique to have! Personally, I love coffee sweet, so I put sugar inside mixed with the milk before putting it in the refrigerator compartment. One annoyance I found was with the coffee grounds container with the metal spoon inside of it, the handle of the metal spoon lifts if there’s not enough coffee grounds to keep it level, and can cause issues. I think I had also placed the spoon in the wrong direction, and it had gotten stuck in there a couple times, and it was a pain to shake it to get out! So be careful with the metal spoon and make sure it’s placed in properly

Exactly as I imagined it would be
This is pretty cool as a ritual and it works well. Set up isn’t simple but it’s doable. It does splash a bit, but it’s a nice way to wake up for those of you out there who can’t deal with the walk from the bed to the kitchen without caffeine.

Very disappointed.
Coffee maker overflows grounds, makes a tiny cup of coffee and after using it a dozens times, melted. Do not buy!

Coffee is excellent
I was a tad hesitant on price point initially but so glad I caved!! The coffee tastes amazing and I love the alarm feature! Plus I always get compliments if someone new comes over ;)Would make a great gift to yourself or someone else! :)

Okay, so I fell for the gimmick. What can I say? It looks awesome, and it’s a nice concept. Here’s the thing… I don’t drink coffee. Lol. I put hot chocolate in the cup and wake up to that. It’s easy to clean in that case, because only the cup gets dirty. I do love it… I feel so bougie.

Love it! Makes me feel so spoiled!
I usually don’t write reviews but I just adore this coffee maker and I was on the fence about it for a year so I wanted to help those who may also be. It’s worth it! First of all, yes - I hear you. You can just get a cheaper coffee maker with a timer. But... two things: 1. it won’t be as pretty on your nightstand (this is so gorgeous it’s like a little piece of art) and 2. If you take cream with your coffee you need the little milk chiller.Next, the coffee is really delicious. It is optimal brewing temperature and tastes nearly as good as my very expensive mocha master in the kitchen. Finally, I thought the clean-up might be annoying but it’s quite easy and has become sort of a self-care routine that I actually look forward to prepping the night before. It’s wonderful to sit up, sip coffee, check my email and get my brain going before getting out of bed.Oh and a note about the splashing - I opted for paper cone #1 filters. These alleviated the splashing for me.

Fantastic design, great aesthetics, good coffee.
I first saw this on Kickstarter back in 2016. I've been waiting 3 years to get my hands on this wonderful piece of machinery.I live in NYC and do not have much space in my kitchenette but I actually keep this on my bedside table and I've had a superb coffee every morning since.Fantastic design, great aesthetics, good coffee. It's also a good nighttime ritual too! Thanks Barisieur

It came broken right out of the box
The box came half open, and the product was damaged. Had to use my own tools to try and fix it, which for a $400 product, just should not happen.
