This is great for tennis elbow. It hugs your elbow and arm perfectly with the right amount of coldness.

Within 5 minutes of receiving this, I immediately ordered another one I was so pleased with it! It was delivered in below freezing weather and I put it on my elbow as soon as I received it. These ice packs are wonderful! I have tennis elbow, Lyme disease/chronic inflammation. They are very cold so you must wear a thin long sleeve shirt under them or use a thin towel like a flour sack towel under them, otherwise they burn/freeze your skin. I’d say the coldness lasts around 20 minutes, which is the longest you should be using an ice pack at a time anyway. Do they help my inflammation? A small amount. But that isn’t due to lack of quality, it’s just that I have really bad joints. I like that it’s soft and I can also use it on the back of my neck and on my shoulders, or anything else that hurts. I’m very petite, 5 feet 110 pounds, very skinny arms and the size smalls fits perfectly. Also, my son who weighs 215 and is almost 6 feet tall was able to pull one onto his arm, although that would probably stretch them out, so someone of that stature would want a larger size, just pointing out that they do stretch well. No issues with leaking. I keep them in the slider bags they came in when I put them in the freezer, just to keep them clean.

The coldness doesn’t last very long but it does make my elbow fell a little better. The small medium is almost too small for my little arms so I advise getting the larger option. The materials it is made from is tick and a high quality. It’s easy to use. Just slip the wrap on your arm and it fits snuggly. It feels supportive but on a little.

Relieves the tennis elbow. Very cold sleeve. It doesn’t last long enough, but that was expected. Says it provides hot therapy as well, but no instructions for heating it. Heated in MW for 30 seconds, it was barely warm, heated another 30 seconds, it was just warm, heated another 30 seconds and it was somewhere between warm and hot therapy temp. It’s a nice cold/heat sleeve.

This had been a godsend! Fits very well and really focused on the pain source. Recommend to everyone!! Can move around freely!

I bought this for Tennis Elbow. After freezing, it stays cold for 20-25 minutes. That’s enough for me, but may not be ideal for everyone. I haven’t tried it for heat yet, and I wouldn’t use it just for support- too stretchy.Pros: The material is nice and heavy, stretchy, and stays supple after being in the freezer.Cons: The S/M is very large. I’m an athletic 5’6” female and the S/M is way too big to offer compression. They should offer XS, S, M, L, and XL instead of just two sized for all. I’ve ordered the youth one in hopes that it will offer more compression, but it hasn’t arrived yet, so I can’t comment on size and quality.

Good compression sleeve and it helps with my tennis elbow.
