Update: the company read my review and was very responsive and wanted to make things right. They are going to fix the issues I had with assembly. Good experience!This is a nice looking desk. It is sturdy. It is pressboard but it is heavily coated so it is not flimsy.I did have a problem putting it together. The screws could have been better marked and packaged by size. There was a mixture of screws in each labeled bag—would have been simpler to put the same sized screws in a bag and label it that way. Two important pieces were missing-marked which made the project go on longer than it needed to. This can be put together by this be person.

I ordered the desk to fit in my studio apartment, wanting space for both my computer set up and room to lay out books and to write.My initial product had two spots where the welding did not hold properly. I did set up that desk tho as I needed a desk. It held just fine with my full set up and use despite the issue.Contacted the seller letting them know about the bad welding points. They sent me a new desk and expediated it to me for free. Second desk had no issues whatsoever!

I've been working on a number of different desks for years. As a graduate student, I'm often oscillating between texts and digital papers, and I often found myself putting things on the floor or other surfaces to make room for one or the other. I wanted an L-shaped desk, so I could easily switch back and forth between the two, and I am SO HAPPY. Additional computer screen on one side that I connect my laptop to and a book stand and notebook on the other. Relatively easy to assemble, though I did have a friend help which undoubtedly made it easier. It could certainly be sturdier, but that's somewhat expected for the more minimalist design (and the cost relative to more expensive desks). If you always feel that you need extra space at your desk, get a desk like this!

Nice desk but it rocks and the top is easy to damage.

No problem assembling it by myself. Used a power drill with low torque setting and that made it easy. Very sturdy and tall with plenty or space. I have 3 monitors and a keyboard sitting on it and have lots of room for other things. The top is laminated particle board but it looks decent enough. No concerns.

This desk was delivered early but a piece was missing. I emailed their customer service and they responded almost immediately. They shipped a whole new desk. Was able to assemble easily. Very nice value for the money. The customer service for this company is outstanding. I am very pleased despite the original hiccup with the missing piece

Very happy with purchase. Desk was pretty easy to assemble and fits my space perfectly! There was a small dent in one of the support legs from shipping and seller was very responsive and worked with me for a resolution we were both happy with. Would definitely recommend both seller and product.

metal pieces bolt together well able to tighten into nuts very tight and sturdy. Would have liked to see real wood, but very good for price tag and will last a long time.
