The Complete Visual Reinforcement System Set produced by Pyramid Educational Consultants is a great way to teach "deals" or what Pyramid calls "let's make a deal" to your students!!!! The set provides your students with a visual reminder of reinforcers available for focusing on their current lesson and staying on task.The set includes two sizes of reinforcement cards which certainly comes in handy! In addition, the set comes with token coins that can be used with the system and plenty of hook and loop self-adhesive Velcro dots. As an added bonus, each sets comes with 10 small, yellow break cards; 1 large, orange wait card; and 1 blue and yellow helping hand card.I was pleasantly surprised to find that a seven page instructional brochure was included along with this product!!!! The brochure provided detailed instructions on how to teach deals within the context of PECS and how to gradually increase the size of the deal (the amount of work needed on the student's part to earn their chosen reinforcer or payment).I love this product!!!! It is great for use with PECS users, but it can also be used with all students regardless of their primary means of communication.
