Q: Does this come with the dual ankle holders (as pictured) or the ankle holder/front foam rolls? If you have expr, which is more comfortable?

It does come with the dual ankle holders. I prefer these with shoes on. You feel more secure. I live by this inversion table fyi. After a few uses, I tighten or check all bolts.

Q: Does this model fold flatter for storing?

No. At its flattest, it would be about 27" and there are no provisions in this inversion table to keep the unit safely together in a folded position. Folding and unfolding is not safe, mainly because this unit does not have a provision to fix the flat part (actual table) in a stable position, thus - it will move (unsafely) during folding and unfolding. A workaround is to tie the leg extension pole to the cross bar of the front plane. I think the company must come up with a stabilizing gadget and offer it at no charge to the existing customers. Meanwhile - consider looking elsewhere.

Q: Is the lumbar pad removable?

Yes. Both the lumbar and head pad are removable. Each just velcros on.
