Be Creative and can be made vegan also
The easiest gluten-free cookie mix that you can adapt to any flavor that you want. I started using it initially when we would RV because it was so convenient. I’ve made caramel chocolate chip with nuts , orange Craisin white chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter chocolate chip, lemon blueberry and butterscotch chip cookies. You can make this vegan by substituting oil for the butter and a quarter cup applesauce for the one egg. I recommend chilling the dough for at least a half an hour before baking. I bake them only 9 to 10 minutes. They will look like they’re not quite done but they continue cooking as they cool on the cookie sheet. They freeze well and taste good right from the freezer. I highly recommend this product. Be creative with your own flavors, no one will know they’re gluten-free.

So good!
These are so good! I also have to eat egg free and even with an egg substitute you cannot tell these are egg free/gluten free. They are so soft and stay that day for several days unlike most gf baked goods.

Yum
Made this mix today and it was great. It does not come with chocolate chips though. I used ground flax seed and water for an egg and coconut oil instead of butter and it turned out great. Does take about 20 minutes to bake. Would have loved to just eat the cookie dough instead of bake it!

Yummy
I add nuts and chocolate chips. Have to be careful not to cook too much as they get crunchy. If cooked right, they are awesome and my husband can eat them!

Tries to be every cookie and fails.
I really love King Arthur Gluten Free products , [except not their brownies!] and now, not this mix. It lacks specific instructions about adding ingredients. "Add 1-3 cups" is far too vague. I made the dough and added a regular bag of good chips. The cookies I made and scooped LOOK normal in ball state and in baked state -- but they formed a gooey melted center mass. Now, ordinarily I might be tempted to say there's no such thing as too much chocolate. However, I wanted to male choc chip cookies, not chocolate chocolate chip. I missed the vanilla that plays off the chocolate - the essence of the cookie. And, I'm trying to help my GERD/LPR and chocolate is a trigger. I hoped a choc chip cookie would be giving me a small hit of chocolate as an ingredient in the classic vanilla-scented dough. I got goo. I am not going to order this again, I have so many options that are better - and specific - which makes the difference in being successful in making cookies! I am guessing half a bag of chips would have been a better amount with this mix. In trying to be the "any" cookie dough, it reaches too far, and unless you are a very seasoned baker, it's a frustrating process to guess the ratio of ingredients for the cookie you want.

Versatile Mix
This mix it so versatile. You can add in whatever you like and they turn out great. I like chocolate chips sometimes and other times I will add in nuts and raisins. They are always good.
