I have been buying these for years now. I only whiten my teeth before a holiday or special event. One application makes my teeth look great for 4 to 6 months, maybe more. I drink coffee daily so for me it's just to remove the coffee stains as I prefer my teeth to not look too white as I think that's weird. They can make your gums sensitive for maybe a day afterwards, but if you are really sensitive you can chop the strips up and apply to individual teeth, you can get 2 applications out of one strip that way. I used to do It when younger and tight on money, now I'm too old and impatient.
