difficult set up not clear at all
got this to use on my 2001 American gm might have been ok if it was possible to set it up tried it on the recommended pcs win 7 got install errors and latest vx software says not compatible with win 7 software. the supplied software is out of date licenses had to be updated hardware needed upgrade but it doesnt tell you this so never actually managed to get it to work spent 2 days just getting the latest upgrades from web site and watching youtube videos defiantly not a product that works out of the box

Impossible to setup
The setup procedure is impossible, the CD included was missing files , i wrote to the seller asking full software and correct instructions -manual to help me setup, but i only got a message with 4 links of different versions of the softwares with no instructions. the only video of installation i found in the files, was way of and not working.
