Q: The bigger 2 share the catcher. What about the bottom piece? Are those shared too or do you get 2?

In this set of Alligator Chopper there are two (2) large catchers (Collectors) that fit both the 1/2" and 1/4" blades and one mini chopper with one (1) catcher. So three catchers in total.

Q: Is the bigger units and the 1/4 and 1/2 blades interchangeable?

Yes, use the same base (pusher) for both the 1/2" and 1/4" blades.

Q: Should i get the stainless steel or this 3 piece black set?

The blades are of the same quality. The difference is that with the St.st. version you get one device, in a housing that will last a couple of generations. The black plastic choppers are really good and will do the job perfectly. The decision is more about your own preferences.

Q: Does this set inlude the pop-off cleaning screen? It's not shown in any of the pics...

Yes, The cleaning grid (screen) is included. In the Black Edition it's made of stainless steel
