Be patient and allow it to stretch to your unique shape! I got the XL/XXL.I was a bit irritated because I was in a hurry, on my way to an event and thought it would just slide on like one I’d purchased elsewhere and had been able to wear for about 4 (yes, four years with just a hint of fatigue on the leg area from pulling them up and down)......but uuuuh, NO!It wouldn’t go under my bra like I expected it to, and I had to jet!I then decided to wear it when I had more time to break it in. GREAT DECISION!I wore it around the house all day and it fit perfectly in all the right places! No slipping, came up to my bra aaaaaaand was NICELY SLIMMING!Better than my previous one! Turned my kangaroo pouch into a pita pouch (there, but not as noticeable).It has great bounce back. I don’t feel like it’s going to outgrow me in a few months and be all saggy in all the wrong places. The boning bent on the first attempt and had me looking like a busted can-o-biscuits, but the wire is reshapable, so no worries there.I’m very happy!

OMG!!! I freaking love this thing. I just got it and literally ran home to put it on. I had no trouble slipping it on. You honesty get quality. I won’t lie. I was skeptical about the price as I’ve ordered waist trainers that cost $$$. Well honey. I’m going to need to order a couple. This thing is CLUTCH. I was super nervous about buying this. I'm a plus size woman. And typically things never fit as expected. I am usually a 3X. I need a tummy tucker for my bridesmaid dress so I figured for $13 I couldn't go wrong if it didnt work. Definitely the best $13 I ever spent. It fits and feels so comfortable on. Only thing it is hard to pull up probably bc O am such a bigger person. Also it doesn't go as high as the actual picture shows. It is about 3-4 inches under my bra, but it still does the job. Extremely satisfied with this purchase and definitely reccomend it if your looking. I got the xxxl/xxxxl size. I attached some pictures to hopefully help someone like me.

First off as you can see, I’m very “Hippie” But my waistline is still on the smaller side. My problem is more than just fat, it’s loose skin as I’m in my 50s. It has been so hard to find a Shaper panty that doesn’t cut me around the thighs and still fit my waist. I CANT BELIEVE IT! THEY FIT PERFECTLY. I Absolutely LOVE these panties and definitely will be buying more. I even got them in a Small and they are Super Comfy on my thighs and behind. If your looking for a perfect fit and hold- these are it. They reach all the way to the bottom of the bra, the side boning is comfortable and no rolling!

Runs very small I ordered a L but it only fit my sister she’s 155lbs and 5’2 and they were still tight! Be aware of the size and order 3 sizes larger than your normal size.

Definitely on the small side. I read other reviews and sized up. For reference, I am a size 4 in pants and ordered a large.Its extremely comfortable and looks well made. Breathable and I can wear this all day long. Its so much cheaper than other $40 waist trainers that i have bought and works as well. Give this a try but size up (maybe 2 sizes up) for sure.

Bought two of these to get me through healing from a hysterectomy. I liked them so much, I bought a black one too. Hight waisted enough to not mess with my bellybutton incision and just tight enough to hold everything up without feeling too restrictive. Good for what I needed.
