I can't speak about durability, since I've only had it one day. It's a nice little bag. The zippers seem to work well. There are several compartments of various sizes, including a large one on the back. There is an interior pocket, which is helpful for small items. It has a rather large flap that folds over it and secures with a magnet. This can be a bit inconvenient, but it looks nice. The straps are adjustable to any reasonable length needed. A few other purchasers found problems with the bag, but I haven't encountered any of those yet. The bag turns out to be a bit smaller than I would like (an ordinary-size magazine doesn't fit inside, and I like to bring a magazine with me, since you never know when you're going to have to wait for something! I like the choice of colors.

At first was very worried about all the zippers but after 3 months of heavy use multiple times daily I am so impressed at how well they’ve endured. For a small backpack it holds heavy items without wear or tear and is comfortable wearing. Also works great during rainy weather. Would definitely buy again!

Wanted a small, casual backpack that would hold glasses, phone, wallet, keys and a few other things. It needed to be secure for walking around the city so the zipper at the back was greatly appreciated. The color which looked blue, but said gray, was indeed a blue-ish gray. This bag was almost ideal. The materials were comparable to a major name brand at a lower cost. The lining is a nice quality The only criticism is that the seams along the zipper weren't flat and need to be turned aside so they don't get stuck in the zipper.

The size is perfect not too big mot too small!

Been using it everywhere. My friend told me that it is my security blanket. I cannot leave without this bag. perfect size. And I bought a Kipling carry-on suitcase with color and material looks just like it. So I have matching travel set. Awesome

The mini back pack was exactly what I was looking for with several different pockets and areas to hold things. Unfortunately, it is NOT waterproof as advertised. I was stuck in a rain storm and everything inside (including my cell phone) were damaged. I would still say it is a good buy as long as you do NOT intend to keep things dry if it rains.
