Q: Does the tanks are DOT approved?

yes but the place I deal with exchange the empty ones with full ones

Q: Can you tell me what country the tanks and torch are made? also are tanks dot stamped/certified? thanks.

Most welding supply places do not full the bottles there so I had to exchange the bottles. On the torch all it have on it is Uniweld USA but I can not tell if it is made here.
