Very tasty
Never made a vegan cake before and was very impressed with the texture and flavour. Very rich chocolate cake and stayed moist for the 3 days until it was eaten

The Best Carrot Cake I've Ever Eaten!
Spice cakes have always been my favourite and when I had to switch to a Gluten free diet I didn't expect to find any quite as good as I was used to. Very pleased to say the exact opposite is true because this mix makes an incredibly moist and warming cake with a nice crust on top. Highly recommend eating it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! The price is a little high, as is the case with most GF products, but it's definitely a treat I'll be buying again.

Sponge like consistency, came out better than I expected, I added a few teaspoons of cider vinegar and helped to make it lightTaste good and cuts well

Very easy to make
Bought during lockdown and chose because you didn't need eggs. Very easy to make, would have liked to have a more chocolate flavour. Served with fruit and my family enjoyed it.

Delicious Carrot Cake but did not rise!
Aaaaagh someone please tell me what I did wrong because the delicious tasting carrot cake did not rise. Please someone tell me how to rectify this. I followed the instructions to the T. I weighed and measured every addition. I added the apple cider vinegar too. I then had to use the second packet I bought (thankfully) to sandwich it together. This did not rise either. I did not open the oven during cooking. What went wrong? Soo tasty though. Added a fresh strawberry puree to Vegan buttercream with some vanilla and it was the taste sensation I was after - it complimented the cake taste perfectly. However the cake size looked more like a slim apple pie.

These taste amazing
Real depth of flavour. Was a hit with the whole extended family (only 1 of us has the allergies).Will be buying again as easy to use. Did an icing sugar, lemon and water topping. It was fantastic.
