Amazing! I have online classes so I sit for a couple of hours at a time and get up w my lower back hurting. Can I tell you not anymore since I got this product.

After about 20 minutes of use. I felt balls of paper. It was flat and very uncomfortable. Not at all what I need

I like that it folds up. I dislike the holes in the middle, but it does help center your butt. I think this is useful for outdoor events. I bought to help with pudendal neuralgia and try to avoid sitting on something that hits in between my butt cheeks. So, overall an interesting cushion with some type of foam filling. It is more suited towards smaller butts as well.

I use this handy pillow everyday as I sit 8 hrs a day for work now granted my but bigger then the pillow🤫.... But it still works fine.

This is like a regular pillow. It may have potentially made my back worse. Not helpful for posture because if you use it a while it becomes flat. The sides are too high to be effective. Reconsider spending a little more on a doctor or chiropractor recommended product.
