Key reference title
An excellent reference. A bit dated but still worth the cost.

Good information, simple but effective eye catching layout.
Simple layout style makes it easy to dip in and out of this book. Some useful information which I’ve used for my CMI leadership level 3 diploma research. The book is made up of several books from the series, so you won’t need the other books if you buy this one. Book is hardback and is smaller than I expected.

Very good book. Brought as a gift for my wife who has recently been promoted and she has found it to be extremely useful

Really useful
A very useful book for anyone new to management, particularly in smaller firms that may not have much internal guidance/training. Also really useful as a refresher for more experienced managers. Very visual and easy to understand.

If you’re a visual learner you’ll love this book
I love books but I really benefit from visual diagrams etc when learning. This book is perfect for my learning style

Not the best
Not the best but good enough. The graphics and illustrations took too much space in the layout in my opinion, reducing them would reduce the content of the book by around 50 pages for sure.
