Love them! Have made the best bread in them. Have typically used rounds proofing baskets but my family has really enjoyed the batards I am making now.

liner elastic is busted
basket is in ok condition but the biggest complaint is the liner elastic is super loose. Maybe this was a return?

Start with rice flour first and then wheat flour.
I like this banneton basket very much and actually prefer it to the round one.
