Though I like these they slide alot. They are thicker then most bands. I tried to use again and they just slip alot, don't stay in place for long.

I'm getting in to working out doing 200+ squats a day I wanted something to add a little extra toning, these are not it they roll so easily and dig in to my fat disappointed that I bought them I ended up returning them and getting a nylon 3 pack for a few bucks more (black one in picture)

Not impressed, the light strength ones are so thin that they just roll up. Maybe my thighs are far too superior but these things just fold under pressure. Got it in place, did one squat n it was like a thin rubber band that just disappeared into the meat of my thighs. I looked like a fat ham wrapped in string. The heavy strength ones held up a little better but still nothing to brag about. Comes with a neat carrying case though so 5 stars for traveling.

I needed an extra set for my purse. I will use these anywhere I will be seated for a while with nothing else to do. Or when These work as well as the set I purchased for five times the amount. I bought four more sets.

Wow! They were all so thin, not what I was expecting. They aren’t like what my husband had gotten from his physical therapist. They were all thin and felt like they would snap after one to two uses. The only one that was made well was the extra strong one, but I can’t use that one all the time. The whole point of the variety is for different strengths and uses. I’ll get mine from target Or Walmart next time. At least then I can see how they feel.

I didn’t realize these mini loops came in different loop lengths. These are way too big and don’t provide any resistance compared to my other bands. The black heaviest loop is about as hard as my easy green in my other set

Those bands are very poor quality and they smell bad. The package came not as advertised: the heavy one was missing and it had two light ones instead. Contacted seller about this, they just ignored my message.

I just received this product. Super fast shipping! I love they have a carrying case and a couple of exercises included. Haven't used them yet, so can't really review how durable or long-lasting they are.
