Met expectations. Cannot yet attest to longevity.

For this much $ they should just work and work well. I had to fuss with them to get 2 of 4 to even power on the device and it seems to still struggle to stay on

Good value for the price, unfortunately one of the batteries is not working.

When I first opened the package with these batteries, I was frankly dismayed. There was no way these would fit in any D cell applications I had planned for them. They weren't round...had a big mishapened lump on one side and didn't even sit flat on a table top. There was no instruction sheet that came with them either, so was all set to send them back when I looked at them a lot more closely and realized they came wrapped for protection and the lumpy bit was also to be removed before putting them to work. The difference is clear once you remove the wrapping and peel off the the band underneath it (which I have no idea why it's there). Now, it's perfectly round and fine. Wish they had something in the packaging to let buyers know you're supposed to remove all that stuff.Anyway, I have a couple of items I use regularly, so I thought I'd try a lithium battery to see how much more usage I would get out of those tools before needing to replace them. You always seem to run out of battery at the worst moment...when you're away from the house and in the middle of doing something.One of these is an electric fuel pump used to move gas from cans into various tools I have. An ordinary D cell might last as long as a month before needing to be replace...the pumps are pretty inefficient. Haven't had them in long enough to know, but these lithiums seem to power the pumps quite well and so far haven't seen any sign of them running down, but time will tell.At least now you know to remove the wrapping, which saves you one step you didn't know you'd have to take before using these.

We ordered this pack of four non-rechargeable D cell 19000mAh lithium batteries for our four cell high power flashlight. They're perfect for that piece of equipment. We expect we'll get greatly enhanced service time using these 19000mAh lithium batteries. If that proves not to be the case we'll of course let you know.If you're thinking of ordering these batteries keep in mind that non-rechargeable lithium batteries mean just that - they should not be recharged. Doing so can cause the battery to overheat and potentially explode, causing serious damage or starting a fire. Always dispose of non-rechargeable batteries properly as they pose a risk to the environment if not handled correctly.However, if you do need high-capacity, ultra long-lasting batteries for your electronic devices, these D cell lithium batteries may be as good a choice for you as they appear they'll be for us. Just be sure to handle and dispose of them properly when the time comes that they're no longer serviceable..

I got these because I thought the lithium battery would last a long time. I wanted to use them in a decorative hanging device, but when I installed one of the batteries, it didn’t work. I then installed a regular alkaline battery and the device worked. After this I tested all four batteries in a battery tester. Two had some power but it was difficult to test as the power indicator jumped sporadically back and forth. The other two had no power at all. The only reason I gave this two stars instead of one is because, at least two of the batteries indicated that they may have power.

Amazing batteries.I was surprised to find D size batteries in a lithium format.These long storage batteries will be used in an emergency torch we keep in a pack used for camping and on hand at home.When these batteries are used, it is going to be a time when it is very important they work.It is amazing that they can pack 19000 mAh into such a small package.I will still be checking these batteries yearly, but my mind is at ease to know that when the demand comes, these will perform.The price may seem high, but considering the power pack, and the long life, they are excellent value for money.

I haven't bought them yet the ad shows rechargeable the features say not rechargeable so what is it?? Will they work in my mag-lite
