The Harrington SNER single speed electric chain hoist with hook mount operates on single phase power and has a compact die-cast aluminum body with low headroom; and a fan-cooled motor with a 60-minute short term duty rating and an American Society for Mechanical Engineers (ASME) H4 rating for heavy duty work. The body housing on this hoist is sealed for protection from dirt, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions. This hoist has a load sheave with deep-groove pockets to support the load chain, and help reduce vibration and chain wear. The pull-rotor electric brake has a self-adjusting brake drum and no brake coil for less maintenance. This hoist has a chain guide made of heavy cast iron for durability, which can be removed without disassembly; forged carbon steel hooks designed to resist fracture under stress; a grade 80 nickel-plated, heat-treated load chain for resistance to wear; and a load hook that swivels 360 degrees. A friction clutch helps prevent over winding. This hoist has heat treated helical and spur gears that are precision machined and lubricated by oil bath for smoother control and less heat. Control voltage is 110V.
