Old stethoscope was 15+ years old and stiff. Finally replaced it with this one and I am happy with it (1 month in). This is used for manual blood pressure checks. I had the lightweight Littman before. This one is a little longer, which is great for me because I am tall and was constantly having to get close for blood pressures. It feels good-high quality. I can hear better with it. The ear pieces fit so nicely. I love that you can turn it to better fit a pediatric patient. I do really like it and am happy with it. PLUS I really love the black on black!

Great for cardiac nurses! I hear better lung and heart sounds then almost all previous stethoscopes I know there are fanciers ones but this is worth the price!
