Bought this as an experiment to make vanilla flavored coffee at home. This vanilla powder worked like a treat and just smells great. I now use it in anything that requires vanilla flavoring, milkshakes, ice-cream, and it does make a lovely vanilla coffee.

It works beautifully in baked goods. Imparts a good vanilla flavor and the bean flecks can be seen throughout. Great for those not wanting to use an alcohol based product in their cooking. Highly recommend!
